So I’ve decided to join a new project as PM for a rotation, its a great opportunity and a brilliant team. They have been together already for a few months now and as things start to come together we need to start prioritising what we can achieve in this great world of possibilities. I wanted the team to sit down and think about what it means for us to be agile. We have a wealth of opportunity and possibility in a very fast changing space, we will need to be able to pivot and pivot again quickly as we learn from our R&D.
To get things rolling I devised this quick game that we spent the morning playing together. The aim was to form and re-form teams and build toy trucks faster and better each time with changing scopes. It worked great and everyone was really engaged and it led us nicely in to a great conversation after lunch about how we wanted to work together.
